Inger Ingvardsen has headed Pointer A/S since they became autonomous in 2008. She has extensive management and consulting experience from recognized Search & Selection companies and has supplied Danish organisations in all industries and sectors with directors, functional managers, mid-level managers and specialists for more than 20 years.

Inger’s network among Denmark’s most talented mid-level managers and specialists is thus both well-established and well-developed. In her early career, Inger worked in IT and the retail industry and she holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from CBS.
